Excellent people to deal with - very friendly, laid back and knowledgeable - total opposite of a pushy main dealer I was talking to about a similar vehicle at the same time. I ended up with a pristine vehicle delivered to my house within a few days. Great experience

Excellent customer service from the start. I enquired about a car online as I am a few hundred miles away from the dealership, and I got a call back as soon as I enquired. Stuart helped me sort out the finance and deposit for the car over the phone/by email and gave me a quote for my old car. When I went to pick the car up Stuart was very friendly, and helped me to sort out the paper work (v5c, tax) for the car whilst I was there. He also let me take the car out on a test drive and guided me around the area as I was unfamiliar with it.

Honest People & Premises very fit for purpose & not Flashy & expensive!
Stuart (co-owner) did NOT give me any "˜High Pressure Sales Hype' just good old fashioned Honesty and he let his High Quality Product, "˜The Car' sell its self. A nice touch was the follow up phone call, after I had bought the car and had it for a day or so, he phoned to ask if there was any problems and to check I was still happy with my purchase, needless to say there was not & I was very happy!!

Fabulous customer service
The BEST customer service, an after hours text was answered so promptly that I was able to test drive the next day. When I arrived nothing was too much trouble and the lovely chap stayed late whilst I sorted insurance etc. Car was exactly as described, and all ready to go. No pressurised sales tactics, just plain good customer service.

Highly recommend, I bought a zafira tourer back in June and sadly suffered a head gasket failure towards the end of my warranty period with them. With no hesitation gave me a courtesy car and handled the very large bill, the repair has been done very well and with no skimping on replacement parts. I'd happily buy again from them in the future

This is how all car sales people should be! Not pushy, no sharky sales tactics, just honest, friendly advice and excellent service. Stuart was great at talking me through the car and really went out of his way to understand what I was looking for and what I would be using the car for. Genuine trustworthy dealers
I went to look at a vauxall mokka, the car was beautifully cleaned inside and out, both guys were friendly gave me all info on car and how everything inside works . Then took for a nice test road which allowed me to see how the car performs . I bought the car car, i would recommend them to anyone, trustworthy, genuine chaps. Lovely experience, love my new car.

Can't recommend highly enough
Spoke to the guys on the phone after finding a car on A/T, very helpful and informative, they knew every detail of the car and only source the very best. I was a bit unsure with not being able to test drive (covid restrictions) and lived too far away to just view it but bit the bullet and paid the holding deposit. So glad I did. When I arrived the vehicle was at the front of the lot ready for me to view, in sparkling condition inside and out. The team were so friendly and made sure to introduce themselves to my family as well which was a nice touch. Bought the car without any hesitation and have loved the first few days with it. They called a few days later to check everything was OK and encouraged me to call back with any questions I may have

Professional and welcoming. I have only been driving on the road for two years and this is my second vehicle that I purchased today. I spoke with the dealership who was extremely friendly and helpful! I explained that my knowledge of cars is not that great and that I don't want to be ripped off, none of that took place, they were honest and truthful with what was explained to me about the car of my interest. Made sure I understood and was very patient when I bombarded them with questions and sometimes silly questions! Overall if anyone is looking for a professional and honest dealership then I would most definitely recommend them. I will be using them in future use :) I drove the car home and was perfect to drive!! Thank you again for assisting me with my gorg new car

Genuine and honest experience
Bought a BMW 335i from them a week back and very happy with the experience. They gave a fair price on the part exchange and were very helpful with the patience in transfering a cherished number plate. Good quality warranty applied to the car for 2 years for a good price. Would deal with again.
